Affordable Honeymoon Packages

Looking for wedding/honeymoon package for a true elopement in Canada-just for the two of us - no guests.?

I've been trying to find information for people who want to truly elope and all I can find is information on weddings that include guests or destination weddings. We just want the wedding for the two of us. Does anyone know of anyone who offers a ceremony designed just for two with a honeymoon - oh and a place to rent a dress? Thank you!

1. Just a guess, check Niagra Falls, it is known for honeymoons and little if any wait for a marriage certificate.
