Affordable Honeymoon Packages

What are some good and affordable honeymoon spots?

I live in Omaha, NE and am getting married soon... we originally were not planning on a honeymoon right away, but are playing around with the idea to see what's out there. Any ideas?

2. Hawaii is affordable and nice. But don't stay on Oahu or Maui. Go to Kauai to be alone!

4. Yes if you're on a budget, get a package through a corporate travel broker. You get executive rates, brand name hotels, for cheaper than hotwire! There are several out there but this one has the best brand name hotels & I've used them myself also - good luck!

Back when I was still a travel agent (and I miss that . . .), Nicaragua was coming up as an inexpensive tropical getaway with fewer people than the "traditional" places -- more privacy, etc. Give this one a shot and see what's up, or if you do go to an agent, see what they've got in Nicaragua. http://www.nicaragua.com/
