1. Depending on where you're coming from and what time of the year it'll be, that may be a little tight. I saw an article today about cruises and how they're much cheaper now if you book pretty close to the departure date. One woman they interviewed got a cruise for $299/person for like 4 or 5 nights. Why not look into a cruise?
