Where would you say is the best place to honeymoon in the Carribean during the month of May?
My fiance and I will be getting married in May and honeymooning in May. We want to go some where tropical with romantic beaches that is secluded but also has nightlife for when we want to leave the resort. We are hoping to do an all-inclusive honeymoon. All suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

- This is not on the beach.......yet by water. I suggest Lake Atitlan Guatemala. May is going to be getting pretty darn hot in most places. Lake Atitlan is the kind of place that is between "popular" and off the beaten path. Waterfalls, water, party, shopping, nightlife and really special in many ways. Check it out online. It's unique and different........Just the kind of place to start a Marriage..............this is TOTALLY different........but I always thought if I had it to over again........I would honeymoon in Victoria Canada........It's coastal, it's awesome in SO many ways and May is the perfect month to go there. For the LIFE of me, I can not remember the World Renown gardens that are outside Victoria. You might get on line, and just look around and see what you think. The Empress Hotel is beautiful.........though there are many places to consider. They might have some views to get your interest. One would think they are in England. Best Wishes all the way around..........
- Try St Lucia, its a very beautiful and lush island. They have a lot of secluded AI resorts and also good nightlife, and sightseeing.
- Check out Grand Lido Braco. Go for one of the au naturel suites...
- you can always stay Tobago at CoCo Reef Resort and Spa or in Trinidad at Salibya Beach Resort......
- Look into Cayo Coco, Cuba. It is a VERY romantic beach/resort area of Cuba. Cayo Coco is secluded but not difficult to get into the nearby towns. There is nightlife on and off the resort. And the resort I recommend is Tryp Cayo Coco. Beautiful layout, open, breezy...and the beach is gorgeous. Clear turquoise water and powdery white sand...and the staff are AMAZING! The food is great at this resort and all the restaurants (especially the a la carte) are very romantic as well. Look at the links and you'll see what I mean. But I'll add links other than Cayo Coco, too. **Side tip: wherever you book in the tropics, try to make sure you book a room that is not on the first floor. Sometimes there is a tendancy for wetness/dampness and mustiness in the rooms. Typical for high humidity areas. Congratulations and have a wonderful honeymoon wherever you go!
