Any ideas about honeymooning in CA in the winter?

My fiance and I are getting married in January and we are holding off on a big honeymoon, so we will be staying in CA. Anyone have any ideas where we can have a small honeymoon in CA during the winter? We were thinking about Yosemite, but I am open to other suggestions as well. Thanks!
