  1. Sandals resorts...heard some good things. my personal pick would be Hawaii
  2. My wife and i got married by an Elvis impersonator in Las Vegas and then flew to San Francisco for our honeymoon.
  3. Hawaii, Hawaii, Hawaii.
  4. look you can go to Caesars Pocono Resorts it is so nice congrads
  5. either go to Sandals resort or Hawaii.I know if i had the money i'd go to either one of those places. good luck
  6. Key West or anywhere in the Florida Keys is a great wedding location. Beautiful, tropical, in the USA, and closer and less expensive than Hawaii. Hawaii is fantastic, too, if you can afford it and guests will make the trip.
  7. Marriott's Harbor Beach Resort and Spa in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I worked there as an event coordinator and the wedding coordinators are awesome.
  8. Try the Secrets Resorts in Mexico (Rivera Maya and Punta Cana). They are gorgeous and reasonable.
  9. My husband and I got married in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. (its legal in the US, if it applies in your situation) It was great! The resort took care of everything! We would not change a thing. The weather was great, a little warm. I would suggest going in fall/winter months. We had it right on the beach. Then we stayed for our honeymoon. We were treated like royalty. The price wasn't too bad. It was all inclusive. Food was fantastic! (we were not charged for anything while there). Good luck!
  10. I second San Francisco....or the Napa Valley (a short drive from San Francisco). There are a million things to do in that area.
  11. You should talk this over with your other half. Find a common ground on one place the two of you would love to go. Once you've decided then research the area and see if the hotel you are staying will arrange to hold the wedding either there, on the beach, or the dream destination of your choice. Remember, this is a moment in your life that you want to hold as one of your most fond memories and a story that you will tell over and over again to family and friends. Don't settle for anything less than what you want.
  12. I went to Gatlinburg TN. We got married in the Smokey Mountains in a beautiful white chapel (Christian) ceremony. We then honeymooned in a luxurious cabin. We had the time of our lives. I agree with the person that said you should discuss this with your partner. It all depends on what you like.
