1. It all depends on, where, when, and what. Let me explain. The pricing for any stay depends on, where you want to go. When you will be going. And What you are looking for in accommodations. I know that sounds like a run-around, but prices vary so much by these 3 factors. I have been in the travel industry for 6 years.
