Cruise suggestions for Honeymoon in the Mediterranean? My fiance and I are looking for suggestions for cruises around the Mediterranean in Sept '07 for our Honeymoon. This is our first cruise. We were looking at Princess versus Royal Caribbean. Any thoughts on which one is better. The Princess one will be a new ship debuting in April '07. Also, suggestion on room types. Some people said not to bother with oceanview because the window is very small and some views are obstructed. Should I just get an interior room on a higher floor or just pay an extra $2000 for a balcony room.
We are thinking of a honeymoon cruise, what cruise line would you recommend? Ok, our problem here is many cruise lines don't allow 20 year olds to cruise. We are both 20, getting married in November. The ones that allow it *if married* are Royal Caribbean, Oceania, Celebrity, Norwegian, and Disney. So have you cruised any of these? If so what were your experiences? Also, could you suggest a destination? We are on the west coast, and would rather drive to our port, but flying is fine as well.
What do you think about a 4 day cruise for Honeymoon? I am thinking about choosing a cruise for our honeymoon, a really luxurious one and a very nice berth (room). Never been on a cruise so not sure how romantic they really are, what are your thoughts on it? Thank you!!
What cruise and where is the best for a honeymoon? Hi Im looking at going on a cruise for my honeymoon in May, and was wondering if anyone has had experience, and could offer some advise of what cruise line to use. What we are looking for is nice, clean, not a lot of kids running around, at least room services and one restaurant open 24 hrs, and all inclusive. I would appreciate any advice! Thank You
Fiancee and I are looking to book a cruise for a honeymoon...What is the best cruise line? Dates July 22nd (7 day cruise) or July 29th (7 day cruise) Leave from Florida Fiancee wants a Balcony...Do you think it's really worth it to spend the extra money for the room? Are the honeymoon amentities worth it ? I've seen like for $450 you can get champagne, strawberries, massage, etc.... Thoughts, suggestions, and ideas will be greatly appreciated. Disney???? Just for kids? Or ok for honeymooners? Disney offer Land and Cruise specials???? We will either spend 4 days in Disney world before or after depending on when are cruise disembarks.
What's a beautiful state or cruise for a honeymoon? I wanna do a cruise to hawaii for our honeymoon but really can afford it and i have been on a cruise to the bahamas and the virgin islands, does anyone know of another cruise that would be ideal and nice for the month of may honeymoon? Or any state that would be really nice for a honeymoon?
Good honeymoon cruise for first timers? What would be a good cruise line and destination to do for two people who have never been on a cruise for their honeymoon? And what should we expect from a cruise honeymoon?
Planning a honeymoon cruise...British Isles. First timers!? Trying to plan a honeymoon for a cruise around the british isles (London, Ireland, Scotland,) and don't know what cruise line to choose. If you have done this before, who did you choose and how was it? What things should I remember when planning a cruise to these places?

Going on a cruise to get married/honeymoon. What is the best line and ship? Getting married/honeymoon on a cruise. What cruise line and ship are the most romantic/elegant? Not to crowded? We are in our late 20's. When I was a teenager I went on Royal Caribbeans Sovereign of the Sea. Was AWESOME!! Now im looking to take my future husband on his first real vacation. Suggestions would be great!!
Where did you go on your honeymoon? My (soon to be) wife and I are taking a Caribbean cruise in October. Surprisingly though, cruises account for less than 15% of all honeymoons. I thought cruises were one of the most popular honeymoon choices. So, where does everyone go?
Whats the best honeymoon for the money,a cruise or a trip to beach? We are trying to plan a honeymoon and cant decide on a cruise to the Caribbeans or someplace like that for about a week, or just flying somewhere in one spot for a week. Neither of us have been on a cruise and it seems like it would be pretty fun. I think in most cases the cost would cover three meals and drinks except alcohol and from what we've seen the prices are very reasonable. Anybody done both or have any advice?
what is the best cruise for lovers/honeymoon? My husband and i were never givin the chance to have a honeymoon, we were married and then he left for Iraq, when he gets home he will be getting out of the military and we are wanting to take our honeymoon then..I am looking for a cruise to anywhere, but wanting it to be 21 and older, and I want the best cruise for lovers...Thanks
Is Disney World a good honeymoon destination? I've always wanted to go, but it seems like more of a family place, rather than for two young adults. We don't just want the proto-typical honeymoon by the beach or out on a cruise type honeymoon. We like that Disneyworld has all the rides and attractions, but will all of the children draw away from any honeymoon type experience?
Will the Bush-brat’s honeymoon include luxury cruises of the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers? (redux)? Shouldn’t she experience her father’s success first hand? According to Cheney, the Iraqis would shower her with flowers. And, I did not make up the ‘brat’ part. What are the best cruises for 30/40 something singles? I've never been on a cruise before and would really love some suggestions as to your favorite cruises for professional singles. I'd like an atmosphere that is less targeted to families and honeymoon couples. What cruise locations and cruise lines are the best out there for this market?
Planning my honeymoon and we are leaning towards a Mediterranean cruise in August, any experience? Our original plan was to just go to Italy, which we ended up deciding may be too expensive once the planning got underway so we started looking at cruises. While researching cruises the other night, came across a few different options for a Mediterranean cruise - each starting and ending in Rome (kinda killing two birds with one stone I guess). Has anyone taken a similar cruise before and what was your experience?
What is the age limit on cruises? My fiance and I will be married in December of 2010 and would like to go on a cruise for our honeymoon. He will be 21 and I will be 20. What are our options in terms of age limits?

Do you suggest going on a cruise or to an island for a honeymoon? Im not getting married anytime soon, but my boyfriend of three years and I have talked about where we would want to go on our honeymoon when we get married. I think a cruise would be fun, but I think going to a resort on a beach (like the Bahamas) or something would be fun too. Anyone have an opinion or have experienced either of these?
Hawaii honeymoon cruise on Pride of Hawaii: NCL? I'm going on a 7 day cruise for my honeymoon in November and was wondering if anyone could recommoned some good excurions for this trip. Or, give me some insight on which excursions not to do. We're real out doorsy and don't mind hiking, biking, whatever. We also don't want to spend more than 150 per person, per excursion. Finally, I know with Carnival and Royal Caribbean that you're not supposed to bring liquor on board but if you sneak it in your bag they won't tell you to take it out. Does anyone have any experience with this for NCL travel? Thanks for the help!
What are some really nice cruises/cruise ships to go on in november? I would like to know of some nice cruises that me and my husband could go on for our 2nd anniversary...We want something nice cause we didn't have a honeymoon or be alone on our first anniversary. We want to keep it at places that will be warm too. I was also wondering where the best places are to find deals so that we can get food and drinks included in our price.

We are going on a Cruise for our Honeymoon and the first stop is Madeira? Could anyone tell me how far we are likely to be from the Ship to Funchal which seems to be the busiest place to visit. the Cruise liners trips are exspensive and take up the whole day. We were hoping to get some shopping, eating and drinking into ours. I know it is famous for it's scenery but it is not our thing. Thank - You to everyone who answers.

Since nobody recommends a cruise to Jamaica, where are some good places to cruise to for our honeymoon? We'll be getting married next October 10, 2010 and are wanting a 3 night / 4 day cruise; Our limit is about $3,000. And we'd prefer one that includes all your food and drinks, if at all possible, but I've heard both - that some can include both, but others only include the food, and that the drinks are expensive on the ship. Any information will be greatly appreciated, considering neither of us have ever gone on a cruise before. Thanks!
Where should I go on my honeymoon? I want to go on a cruise but I heard that a cruise isn't a good thing to do on your honeymoon. (Especially if it is your first time being on a cruise.) Has anyone taken a cruise for their honeymoon and if so then where did you go? Did you like it? We are getting married in September, btw.
Has anyone ever been on a world cruise for their honeymoon? We didn't get to go on a honeymoon (because we had his ungrateful mother and sister spend the week). Were thinking about going on a world cruise to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Has anyone ever been on a world cruise? What was your experience? Did you have fun? Are they boring?
