Booking a MODERN honeymoon suite or cabin in Colorado? I'm looking to book a honeymoon suite, or a cabin (cabin would be preferable, but either is fine) in Colorado. There are just two criteria that I am looking for in my decision: 1. The location must be in the mountains, or very near. I am not wanting anything downtown. 2. The suite or cabin MUST be modern. All that I've been able to find so far (in the mountains) are places that don't necessarily have a modern feel to them. I don't really want a place with all of the moose, bear, etc. patterns on all the furniture. The hotel I booked for us and the honeymoon suite, it has a mirror on the ceiling and I though this would be a romantic thing to have but my fiancé is insecure with her looks and said she won't do anything while the mirror is up there and that room cost a lot of money and I have already paid by card.
