Please suggest a good romantic honeymoon destination for end of July and early of august for 7 days. we live in Toronto and can travel any where in the world as long it is affordable. we both love to explore different culture and food. we do not drink. love scenery, beaches but not too much of water sports and not too much swimming. Please also recommend a hotel where you have a good experience.
I am getting married soon and need an idea for an affordable honeymoon location. USVI preferred no passports? We have 6 children between us so are looking to spend no more than $2000 for our honeymoon. We want to go to a beach location but do not have passports so are interested in the US Virgin Islands since a passport is not required. Any suggestions from people who have been there would be appreciated. We have 6 kids but they are staying home. We want an affordable honeymoon for just the 2 of us. I was just saying with 6 kids we need to be frugal with our money.
affordable honeymoon in fl? We're going to stay in Fl for our honeymoon, we can't really afford to go out of state. I want to stay on the gulf somewhere, but I can't find anything affordable on the gulf, let alone anywhere else half way decent. It doesn't have to be oceanfront, just somewhere close enough to where we could drive easily. I want somewhere affordable, but at the same time I want to stay somewhere nice, and not a 70 dollar a night hotel. We live 15 mins from a beach, but I don't want to stay in town. any ideas?
A nice and affordable Honeymoon? We want to have our honeymoon for spring 2008...so have to find a nice country. I want to have superb beaches, eventually out of Europe coz we're Europeans, with nice things to see/visit but Affordable too...
really affordable honeymoon.? would anyone help me to get a very affordable honeymoon.anyway to get it cheaper.i just want to get something really nice and cheap.any location.please help me. thank you. did i mention that i live in st.Lucia (Caribbean)
affordable honeymoon? my fiance and i have been discussing honeymoon ideas, and our "dream honeymoon" would be to fly to nyc for a couple days, see a broadway show or two, then fly over to europe and visit a few of the standard tourist spots over there. (we're not really beach/cruise people.) but realistically speaking, there's no way we could afford something like that, especially since we're paying for the whole wedding ourselves. and i certainly don't want to ask our guests for money for the honeymoon instead of gifts, we should be thankful for whatever our guests want to give us, i don't want us to appear tacky and cheap. so, my question to my fellow low-budget brides out there, how do you afford a good honeymoon on top of paying for your wedding? anyone have links to affordable travel websites? we're from texas
Affordable honeymoon hotels in Thailand? We are going to Thailand in August, specifically to Phuket and around the islands. We want a hotel room with a jacuzzi and a nice view, but at an affordable price. Anyone know of any? Cheers
Fun and affordable honeymoon locations??? I'm getting married next July and we are starting to research honeymoon spots. We prefer somewhere outside of the US but still affordable, and we are considering a cruise. While we want something nice, romantic, and relaxing, we really want to do some fun things to, or some really cool site seeing. For example I would LOVE to go to Europe and visit Paris, Greece, and all those places, but we aren't sure its worth it with Euro $$ being worth more these days. I want to go and experience something unique. Any suggestions? Anyone been somewhere with these qualities and would like to share your experience? Thanks so much!!! I should also add that my fiance' and I don't drink alcohol except a little bit of wine and aren't into partying but I do like clubbing.
Budget honeymoon ideas for June leaving from Orlando? We are trying to find an affordable honeymoon for mid-June and everything seems so expensive. We would love something in the Caribbean or maybe Belize? Any ideas what is cheap flying out of Orlando (or Miami -we could drive there) that has good deals? Any recommendations? We're lost -any advice would be great. We're trying to stay under $1000 per person. Thanks!

Where is a great *affordable* honeymoon destination for September 2008...suggestions? I'm getting married on 9/27. We're 22, & are in school & working full time, so, we don’t have a lot of money. I'm looking for ideas. Hotel on the beach? A cruise? We aren't sure if we can travel anywhere outside of the US (financial reasons) but it would be awesome if we could just come up some ideas. I HAVE TO HAVE THE OCEAN OR A SEA OR SOME LARGE BODY OF WATER. If he could go anywhere in the world, it would be China or Paris. I would love to go to Japan, Mexico, Spain, Italy, or the Caribbean. My mom suggested, Nashville or Gatlinburg the other day. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with those places, I just would prefer those places as vacation spots for when we have kids…not as a honeymoon. We are attempting to get as much luxury as we can of course. The destination you suggest doesn't have to be any of these places. Money is the name of the game. Any suggestions are appreciated. If you know the round about cost, that's even better! Again, thanks for any suggestions & prices! We are from southwestern Ohio. Sorry forgot to mention that...
Best affordable all-inclusive resort for honeymoon? Hello! We're looking to go on our honeymoon September '08. We want to spend around $3000, give or take, including airfare. I was thinking Mexico we could get the most for our money. As long as there is a nice sandy beach, drinks, pools and some fun activities we will be satisfied. There is just SO many resorts to choose from when I get online. Also, could we get better deals going through a travel agent? Thanks!

Affordable anniversary vacation? My hubby and I are looking to go on a short trip, Friday-Monday, for our one year anniversary, this July. The only issue for us is cost. We honeymooned in the Dominican Rep., which was amazing, but we can't afford another trip like that right away. He is in grad school, and I just graduated, so we are on quite a tight budget. Can anyone reccomend a fun, yet affordable place to spend our weekend? Ideally somewhere near a beach? Thanks :)

I want an affordable african adventure but dont know the best option-any..suggestions? My hubbie and I want to go july/August this year (late honeymoon)and have looked at the Serengeti, Kenya and Namibia. Camping is an option.Love the idea of trekking up to see gorillas, seeing lions, tribes, and visiting the sea/mountains/rainforests. We've seen some packages but prices vary greatly as does whats included in the price.
